PUBLIC NOTICE
LEAMINGTON TOWN FIREWORKS RESTRICTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Title 6, Public Safety and Health, of the Leamington Town Code, the Mayor of Leamington Town and the Leamington Town Fire Chief have issued a Fire Prevention Order prohibiting the use of fireworks within the incorporated limits of Leamington Town.
This restriction is being implemented due to severe drought conditions, dry vegetation, and increased wildfire danger that threaten homes, businesses, agricultural operations, livestock, irrigation infrastructure, public facilities, and surrounding lands.
Effective Date: JUNE 23, 2026
The ignition, discharge, or use of ANY FIREWORKS IS PROHIBITED on all public and private property within the municipal boundaries of Leamington Town until further notice.
Residents and visitors are encouraged to celebrate responsibly and help protect our community from wildfire risk.
