- 1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER a. Invocation or Expression: Mayor Steve Wilmoth b. Pledge: City Recorder Amy Rydalch 2. PUBLIC COMMENT: Please limit your comments to 3 minutes. Comments may be submitted prior to the meeting to be read in as part of the official record. The council may or may not respond to non-agenda issues brought up under public comment. Those wishing to comment should state their full name and address, and whom they represent on the subject matter to be addressed. No person shall interrupt legislative proceedings. 3. CONSENT CALENDAR: ACTION- approve/deny a. Concessions Pricing for 2026 Rodeo b. Apparel Pricing for 2026 Rodeo c. Bills against the City thru 6-23-2026 in the amount of $181,775 4. PUBLIC HEARING: To receive public comment on the amended budget for the 2025-2026 fiscal year and the proposed budget for the 2026-2027 fiscal year. 5. RESOLUTION 2026-02, A Resolution Amending the Budgets for all Oakley City Funds for the Fiscal year 2025-2026; and Adopting a Budget for all Oakley City Funds for the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 including the 2026 certified tax rate for Oakley City. (POSSIBLE ACTION) 6. MAYOR'S REPORT 7. INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION ITEMS 8. Adjournment.
