Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will hold their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, beginning at 6:00 p.m. All commissioners and the public are invited to participate in person at the Payson City Center, 439 West Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah, as well as virtually through a link with Zoom Video Communications. (The meeting order may change to facilitate the public or specific needs).

5.1 PUBLIC HEARING: General Plan Amendment - Request by Jimmy DeGraffenreid on behalf of SITN, LLC for an amendment to a portion of the East Side Comprehensive Plan land use map. This amendment would change the land use designation of the properties with Utah County Parcel numbers 300300009, 300300008, 30050024, and 300500023 from 'Active Living' to 'Traditional' and 'The District' which would allow for the development of detached single-family and townhouse residential units.
5.2 PUBLIC HEARING: Zone Change Request - Request by Jimmy DeGrafenreid on behalf of SITN, LLC for an amendment to the Payson City Zoning Map. This request would change Utah County parcels 300300009, 300300008, 30050024, and 300500023 from R-1-A Residential Agriculture Zone to R-1-10 Residential Zone, and RMF-15 Multi-Family Residential Zone. This zone change request is intended to provide a transition from surrounding medium density residential development to low density residential development.
