PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of Milford, Utah will hold a special meeting at 9:30 AM at the Milford City Administrative Office, 26 South 100 West, Milford, Utah for the purposes described below on Thursday, June 25, 2026.

a. Discussion and Possible Action- Firework Restrictions and Prohibited Areas for the 2026 Independence Day and Pioneer Day Holidays
2. RESOLUTIONS
a. Resolution 11-2026 'Temporarily Prohibiting the Use of Fireworks within Milford City Limits during the 2026 Firework Season due to Extreme Fire Danger Conditions'
Notice: The City Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of §52-4-204 and §52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended.
