- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held before the Bluffdale City Council at a regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Bluffdale City Hall, 2222 West 14400 South, Bluffdale, Utah, for the purpose of receiving public comment on a request by the City of Bluffdale to declare as surplus for sale to the Utah Department of Transportation the following two parcels of real property: 1. A portion of City-owned real property (~755 sq. feet or 0.017 acres of fee property) located at 15010 South 1300 West, Bluffdale UT 84065 (Exhibit A), 2. A portion of City-owned real property (~4,598 sq. feet or 0.106 acre of fee property and three perpetual easements and one temporary easement at Philip Gates Park) located at 14359 South Royal Coachman Drive, Bluffdale UT 84065 (Exhibit B). In addition to attendance in person, if you have any comments or concerns, there are several additional ways to participate in the meeting as follows: 1. Email your comments to the City Council and include the name of the applicant(s) in the subject line of the email to councilmeetingcomment@bluffdale.gov 3. Mailed written comments will be accepted.
