- The Midway City Council adopted the following ordinance on April 7, 2026: Ordinance 2026-09 amending Midway City Code Section 16.13.370 (A) regarding architectural requirements for commercial development, resort development, and places of worship. The Midway City Council adopted the following ordinances on April 21, 2026: Ordinance 2026-11 enacting certain restrictions on the discharge and use of fireworks in Midway City. Ordinance 2026-14 amending Title 9 of the Midway City Municipal Code regarding annexation and related matters. The Midway City Council adopted the following ordinance on May 5, 2026: Ordinance 2026-13 amending Midway City Code ยงยง 16.05, 16.07, 16.08, 16.09, 16.10, 16.11, and 16.12 to denote cottage industries as a permitted use.
