- SPRINGVILLE PAR BOARD REGULAR AGENDA SPRINGVILLE CIVIC CENTER, MULTI-PURPOSE ROOM, 110 S. MAIN, SPRINGVILLE, UTAH June 23- 5:45 P.M. This meeting will be held at the Hobble Creek Golf Course 1. Welcome - Chairperson Kurtt Boucher 2. Excuse those not able to attend 3. Approval of PAR Board minutes 4. Recognize visitors 5. Reminder - This is a board meeting wherein board topics need to be discussed. It is not a public outreach meeting so there is no accommodation for public 'discussion' other than a public comment, unless approved by the conducting authority. 6.
