- LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Plain City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday July 9, 2026 which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers at Plain City Hall, 4160 West 2200 North. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment on amending Chapter 9- Development Agreement Ordnance and to suspend Overlays and Rezones until the completion of the General Plan. More information may be obtained at the City Office. Interested persons are invited to appear at the public hearing or to file written comments with the City Recorder at the same address. The hearing will also be accessible via ZOOM.
