- NOTICE OF ORDINANCES Notice is hereby given that the Hildale City Council at its regular meeting on June 17, 2026, passed the following ordinance: 1. Ordinance No. 2026-006 - An Ordinance amending the Zoning Map from Residential Agricultural (RA-.5) to Single Family Residential (R1-8) in the vicinity of the North 1/2 of 385 W Utah Avenue; and 2. Ordinance No. 2026-007 - An Ordinance amending the Zoning Map from Agriculture 5 (A-5) to Residential Agriculture (RA-1) in the vicinity of 1320 North Canyon Street; Said Ordinances shall become effective immediately upon posting on the State of Utah Public Notice Website. A Copy of said ordinances may be seen and/or purchased at the office of the Hildale City Recorder, 320 E Newel Ave, Hildale, Utah. Posted 06/22/26.
