2025 Drinking Water Quality Report Available
The City of Monticello hereby gives notice that the 2025 Annual Drinking Water Quality Report (Consumer Confidence Report) is now available for public review. This report provides important information about your drinking water, including the source of your water, detected contaminants, and compliance with federal and state drinking water standards as required by the Safe Drinking Water Act and the Utah Division of Drinking Water.

This notice is provided in accordance with federal regulations (40 CFR Part 141.153). The City encourages all customers to review this report and participate in public meetings concerning drinking water. Some people may be more vulnerable to contaminants in drinking water than the general population. Immunocompromised persons, infants, and the elderly may be at increased risk and should seek advice from their health care providers.

THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO ATTEND ALL CITY MEETINGS
Monticello City Council holds meetings on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month, unless otherwise posted, at the Hideout Community Center, 648 S Main, beginning promptly at 7:00 p.m. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, anyone needing special accommodations to attend a meeting may contact the City Office, 587-2271, at least three working days prior to the meeting. City Council may adjourn to closed session by majority vote, pursuant to Utah Code Section 52-4-4 & 5.
