Chair Hill called the meeting to order at 9:31 a.m. and welcomed everyone. Chair Hill moved to approve the March meeting minutes. Justin Williams seconded the motion. All were in favor.

Chair Hill emailed the labor commission spreadsheet, noting that Krystal Smith is handling these cases. Chair Hill also noted there was an uptick in new cases that have been received this quarter. Krystal noted there is an uptick, but the cases remain consistent. Verolinda Granados will be handling any cases and questions moving forward. Allyson Pettley stated there is a new investigator named David Hill. Allyson also noted that the passing of HB396 will be impactful to his case load. David can be reached at dmhill@utah.gov.
Chair Hill offered September 8, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. for the next meeting.
