- HINCKLEY TOWN 161 E 300 N - PO BOX 138 Hinckley, UT 84635 Phone: 435-864-3522 Fax: 435-864-3341 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE HINCKLEY TOWN PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF HINCKLEY WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING IN CONJUNCTION WITH THEIR REGULAR SCHEDULED MEETING WEDNESDAY, JULY 8, 2026, BEGINNING AT 7:00 PM IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS. THE AGENDA ORDER MAY BE AS FOLLOWS: I. PLEDGE II. ROLL CALL III. GUESTS IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETING V. PUBLIC HEARING To receive public comment on an Ordinance to clarify Hinckley Town Code, Title 11, Land Use, Chapter 3, Zoning Districts, Section 4, Master Land Use Table, Residential Zones, Use: Dwelling- Multiple Family P only in (R3), Dwelling - Two Family P in (R2 & R3). VI. NEW BUSINESS 1. To make a formal recommendation to the Town Council to accept the modifications to Hinckley Town Code, 11.3.4 Master Land Use Table. 2. Application To Appear - Howard Hepworth. Review and consider approval of Site Plan for a new home at 100 W. 300 N., Parcel H-2038. 3. Application to Appear - Ryan Johnson. Review and consider approval of survey for a simple lot line boundary adjustment. 4. Application to Appear - Ryan Johnson. Review and consider approval of site plan for a new home on Parcel 3 of the proposed simple lot line adjustment property. 5. Application to Appear - Gregory Wagner. Review and consider approval of survey for a simple lot line boundary adjustment and site plans for Lots 1-21 Hinckley Topaz Townhomes Subdivision. 6. Review and discuss a draft Ordinance to amend Hinckley Town Code 11.19.21 Improvement Guarantees, Completion Assurances, And Warranties. The purpose of this amendment is to include an Irrevocable Letter of Credit as an acceptable form of guarantee for improvements. VII. OUTSTANDING BUSINESS VIII. ADJOURNMENT
