- MEETING NOTICE OF THE POWDER MOUNTAIN WATER and SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT Public Notice is hereby given that the Powder Mountain Water and Sewer Improvement District will hold a public meeting at the District Office located at 298 24th St. Ste.150 Ogden, Utah commencing on June 23, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. (All Board Members and staff will be participating VIA Zoom participants ID #3278889056. Please send email comments to czenger@pmwsid.gov The Agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome - Chair Andrew Stark B. Public Comments C. Jamie Lythgoe-Payments to Cobabe Trust D. Treasurer's Report E. Approval of Consent Items - Request for approval of the Financials were reviewed - Request for approval of the warrants in the amount of $208,604.91 - Request for approval of the ERU Count for New Sundown Lodge 10 water and 10 sewer - Request for approval of the ERU count for Maintenance Shop 2 water and 2 sewer o Credit of 1 ERU for existing maintenance shop - to be demolished July. - Request for approval of the Cache County and Weber County Tax Rates F. Business Items - Update on RFP - District policy development for ADUs - Sewer Metering Proposal - Data Consolidation and BI/AI Integration Proposal - Snow Making Memo - I&I Mitigation Proposal - Weber County Fire Station - Bank of Utah Debt - Pool Policy - Board Member Training G. District Manager Update - IFFP/CFP Update Costs (JUB vs WC) o IFA/Rate Study will run concurrently - Lateral Connections in Timberline Parking Lot o Powder will complete work. District to provide snowmaking credit - Cobabe Well Construction Water H. Request for motion to adjourn the public meeting for a closed strategy session to discuss the acquisition of real property, including any form of water right, and any pending or reasonably imminent litigation. I. Request for motion to reconvene public meeting. J. Action items K.
