- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers at 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah, on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, commencing at 10:00 a.m. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome- Commissioner Froerer B. Pledge of Allegiance- C. Invocation/Moment of Silence- Commissioner Harvey D. Commissioner Comments- E. Agenda Related Public Comments- (Comments will be taken for items listed on the agenda- please limit comments to 3 minutes) F. Consent Items- 1. Request for approval of purchase orders in the amount of $222,629.65. 2. Request for warrants #08372-108443, #497014-497090, and #539-540 in the amount of $3,530,423.24. 3. Summary of warrants and purchase orders. 4. Request for approval of June 16, 2026, meeting minutes. 5. Request for approval of approval of a contract by and between Weber County and eQuest for online job posting delivery to third-party career sites. 6. Request for approval of an amended Local Transportation Funding Agreement by and between Weber County and Pleasant View City for the Pleasant View City Skyline Drive Rail Crossing Corridor Preservation project. 7. Request for approval of a Local Transportation Funding Agreement by and between Weber County and North Ogden City establishing terms related to the North Ogden City 2100 N. & Fruitland Drive Intersection project. 8. Request for approval of a Local Transportation Funding Agreement by and between Weber County and North Ogden City establishing terms related to the North Ogden City Mountain Road Corridor Preservation project. 9. Request for approval of Interlocal Agreements by and between Weber County and Uintah City for Animal Control Services. 10. Request for approval of Interlocal Agreements by and between Weber County and Marriott-Slaterville City for Animal Control Services. G. Action- 1. Request for approval of an Acceptance and Release accepting a charitable distribution of $482,347.80 from the Joyce R. Matlock Living Trust for the benefit of Weber County Animal Services. Request for approval of the final reading of an Ordinance of the County Commissioners of Weber County amending certain fees of the Golden Spike Event Center. Presenter: Duncan Olsen 4. Request for approval of the first reading of an ordinance of the Board of County Commissioners adopting and imposing 0.2% sales and use tax to provide additional funding for transportation, public safety, and any other lawful purpose allowed by statute.
