OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD
SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH
Pursuant to ยง52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated, or line items may be discussed in any order.)

a. Public hearing to receive comments on an application to CIB for a $600,000 grant with a $300,000 match from the City and $300,000 match from the County for the purchase of a fire truck.
b. Mike Brown to discuss improvements along 100 South, with a request to allow angle parking from Main Street to 100 East.
c. Consider adopting Ordinance 2026-4 amending Title 17.30.03, Table of Development Standards for Residential Zoning District RM-11, as recommended by the Planning Commission.
d. Consider a resolution to adopt the certified tax rate for fiscal year 2026/2027.
e. Consider approving the Tentative Budget for fiscal year 2026/2027, including a proposed property tax increase of $500,000 to be used as set forth on the Proposed Property Tax Increase Schedule.
f. Consider approving the Fraud Risk Assessment report.
g. Consider approving the match for Utah State Retirement for public safety employees.
