RIVERDALE CITY COUNCIL CERTIFICATE OF POSTING I, Michelle Marigoni, City Recorder for the City of Riverdale, Weber County, State of Utah, do hereby certify during the Riverdale City Council meeting on June 16, 2026, the following Ordinance and Resolutions were adopted: - Ordinance 1010 approved a bar use classification within the C-3 Commercial Zone - Ordinance 1011 amended Title 1, Chapter 7, Section 2a by declaring salaries for the City Council and Mayor - Ordinance 1012 amended Title 1, Chapter 7f, Section 6 by declaring the salary for the Justice Court Judge - Resolution 2026-16 awarded a bid for the 2026 Waterline Improvement Project to Saunders Construction - Resolution 2026-17 adopted a tax rate for Fiscal Year 2027 - Resolution 2026-18 adopted the nonreciprocal interfund transfer report concerning water utilization by Riverdale City - Resolution 2026-19 adopted the Fiscal Year 2026 amendments log - Resolution 2026-20 adopted a budget for Fiscal Year 2027 - Resolution 2026-21 amended the consolidated fee schedule - Resolution 2026-22 authorized the continuation of the pickup contribution for public safety and firefighter Tier II employees and a 401k contribution to other Tier II participants - Resolution 2026-24 expressed intent to annex and requested annexation into the Weber Fire District for fire, EMS, and related services - Resolution 2026-25 adopted an updated city logo, authorized the development of official brand standards, and approved a phased implementation strategy I further certify that the above referenced resolution(s) and/or ordinance(s) were posted on June 19, 2026, in accordance with Utah Municipal Code 10-3-711 as a class A notice under section 63G-28-102.
