Notice of Intent to Amend the Impact Fee Facilities Plan (IFFP) and Impact Fee Analysis (IFA) Related to Culinary Water, Parks, Pressurized Irrigation, Storm Water, and Transportation Notice is hereby given that Riverton City, a local municipality located in Salt Lake County, Utah, intends to amend the independent and comprehensive Impact Fee Facilities Plan and Impact Fee Analysis for Culinary Water, Parks, Pressurized Irrigation, Storm Water, and Transportation. Therefore, pursuant to the provisions of 11-36a-501 and 503 of the Utah Code, notice is hereby provided of the intent of Riverton City to amend the Impact Fee Facilities Plan and an Impact Fee Analysis for the City. The geographic location where the proposed impact fee facilities will be located is the entire area within the Riverton City municipal boundary. The public is hereby invited to provide written comments or information to be considered in adopting the amended impact fee facilities plan or impact fee analysis. A copy of the documents will be available in the Riverton City Hall for public viewing. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
