- NOTICE OF HIGHLAND PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING RESCHEDULE The Highland Planning Commission meeting that was originally scheduled for June 23, 2026, has been postponed to June 30, 2026, due to the election scheduled for June 23, 2026, in which Highland City Council Chambers will be used as a vote center. NOTICE OF HIGHLAND PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING The Highland Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Highland City Council Chambers, 5400 West Civic Center Dr., Highland, UT, to consider and receive comments regarding the following: - Ty Ricks has applied for preliminary plat subdivision approval for a proposed 6-lot subdivision of approximately 5.05 acres of property located generally at 9975 North 6800 West. The proposed subdivision is for a development known as 'Ricks Subdivision Plat A.' The proposed preliminary subdivision plat is included for you to review, and additional information regarding the subdivision is available at the Highland City Offices. The property is within the City's R-1-40 zoning district, and the proposed subdivision is for an R-1-40 subdivision.
