Scott Messel Community Development Director Notice of Public Hearing The Washington County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to review proposed miscellaneous updates to Title 10. The Commission will consider, discuss, and receive public input, and will make a recommendation to the County Commission. Proposed amendments and additions to Title 10 include agritourism, rural tourism zone, signage and outdoor tourism overlay zone. The public hearing will be held on July 14, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. in the Washington County Commission Chambers of the Washington County Administration Building, located at 111 E. Tabernacle, St. George, Utah 84770. The meeting will also be available electronically via Zoom.
