Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Richfield City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the council chambers located at 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah, for the purpose of accepting comments on a proposed zone change by applicant Marlo Adams for property located at approximately 55 E 100 N, in Richfield Utah (parcel 1-37-64). It is proposed to change .40 acres from the current M-D manufacturing and distributing to RM-11 residential.
