VERNAL CITY ORDINANCE NO 2026-15 ADOPTED
Notice is hereby given that the Vernal City Council has adopted Ordinance No. 2026-15, adopting Budget Reopener #1 for Fiscal Year 2026.
This ordinance approves amendments to the Fiscal Year 2026 budget for Vernal City, including adjustments to the General Fund, Water Fund, Sewer Fund, Solid Waste Fund, Municipal Building Authority Fund, Strike Force Fund, wage and salary schedules, and other miscellaneous funds. The budget reopener reflects changes deemed necessary by the City Council to address the operational and financial needs of the City during Fiscal Year 2026.
Ordinance 2026-15 was duly passed and adopted by the Vernal City Council on June 18, 2026.
