1. CALL TO ORDER
Mr. Harrington welcomed those in attendance to the Sandy Suburban Improvement District Board Meeting. The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m.
2. PUBLIC HEARING/CEREMONIES/PRESNTATION/PUBLIC COMMENTS
A. TECHNOLOGY REPORT - MATT GROBERG
Mr. Groberg reported on the new technology changes in the District, including new cameras for filming and recording board meetings as well as security cameras in both buildings. A new phone system has been installed that runs Microsoft Teams, making communication easier and more efficient. The website has been upgraded to ADA compliant. A Sandy Suburban Youtube channel has been created.
Mr. Groberg was thanked for his report and excused.
B. BUILDING REPORT - KEVIN MILLS
Mr. Mills reported that the HVAC system is being replaced in the main building. The concrete has been refinished in the shop in the back building, making it smoother for easier cleaning and increased safety. The outdoor lighting on the back building has all been changed to be more uniform. The new generator has been installed and should last up to 23 years. The process has been started on purchasing a new TV truck, which has been approved by the board. The truck is being built to the District's specification and should take 6-8 months to be completed once plans have been approved.
Mr. Mills was thanked for his report and excused.

4. DISCUSSION AND/OR ACTION ITEMS
A. SPRING NEWSLETTER
The Spring 2026 volume of the newsletter has been completed and will be mailed out by the end of the month.
B. DATA PRIVACY TRAINING AND POLICY REVIEW
The administration is currently drafting a new policy that would better protect the privacy of customers, as well as employee data, and the personal information of those who submit applications for projects. The privacy policy will be brought to the Board in a future meeting.
5. ADMINISTRATION REPORT
There was no more to add for the administration report.
6. CONSENT ITEMS
A. MINUTES
A motion was made by Renee P. Christensen, seconded by Katie Bradshaw, and passed unanimously, to approve the minutes of February 2026.
B. BILLS
A motion was made by Renee P. Christensen, seconded by Katie Bradshaw, and passed unanimously, to ratify the bills for February and March 2026.
7. NOTICE OF FUTURE PUBLIC MEETINGS
The next meeting will be held on Thursday, June 11th 2026 at 5:30 p.m.
8. ADJOURNMENT
There being no other business to come before the Trustees, Mr. Harrington motioned to adjourn at 6:35 p.m.
