- June 17, 2026 Greetings from Rich County Planning & Zoning, Since you represent an agency/organization that may have oversight or might be impacted by the application you are being notified. The Rich County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to take input on the proposed conditional use permit application submitted by Parsons Concrete to construct an asphalt plant at their gravel pit located on parcel 36-15-00-020 in Rich County. The meeting will be held June 25, 2026 at 7:00 pm at the Laketown City Office Building located at 10 N 200 E, Laketown, UT. The entire application can be viewed at the Bear Lake Regional Commission located at 69 N. Paradise Pkwy. Bldg. B. Garden City, Utah. Written comments longer than one page must be submitted to the Planning and Zoning Administrator two days prior to the meeting. The administrator can be reached at 208-847-5275 or 435-946-2198.
