- NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE 26-04 South Ogden City hereby gives notice that on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, the South Ogden City Council passed Ordinance 26-04. This ordinance approved a Master Development Agreement with McConkie Multifamily LLC for the development of the property located at 5083 Harrison Blvd.. This ordinance will be applicable to McConkie Multifamily LLC. A copy of this notice or the ordinance can be viewed or obtained by visiting the Office of the City Recorder, 3950 Adams Ave., South Ogden City, UT, 84403 or by calling 801-622-2709 to request a copy.
