NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Huntington City Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing in conjunction with the scheduled meeting on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. at Huntington City Hall, 20 South Main, Huntington, Utah. Items of business are: A. Proposed Revisions to Title 9 of the Huntington City Code including Flag Lot Development Regulations; B. Proposed Addition of Flag Lot Development as a Conditional Use within the Huntington City Code; C. Proposed Addition of an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) Summary Table to Chapter 9- 17 of the Huntington City Code; D. Proposed Amendments to Definitions within Chapter 9-2 of the Huntington City Code, including Flag Lot, Structure, Pre-Existing, and Use, Pre-Existing; E. Proposed Updates to Utah Code References and Technical Corrections within Title 9 of the Huntington City Code. Interested citizens are encouraged to attend and provide input. Please note that to hear from as many people as possible, the Chair may, at his or her discretion, limit the time of each member of the public who wishes to enter comments into the public record to five (5) minutes.
