A petition has been filed proposing annexation of an area into Midway City. The Midway City Council will hold a public hearing regarding the annexation on July 7, 2026 in the City Council Chambers, Midway Community Center (160 West Main Street, Midway) and using Zoom (Instructions for participation can be found at www.midwaycityut.gov). The area proposed for annexation is located at 970 North River Road, Midway (Map attached). The boundaries of the area proposed for annexation are defined in the following description:
