- NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Saratoga Springs, Utah, at their meeting of June 16, 2026, passed and adopted the following Ordinances: - Ordinance 26-27 (06-16-26) Adopting an Interim Budget for Fiscal Year 2026-2027, including a proposed property tax rate increase, compensation schedule for elected and statutory officers. - Ordinance 26-28 (06-16-26) Amending the Development Agreement for the North Cove Development. Copies of these Ordinances are on file in the office of the City of Saratoga Springs City Recorder and are available for review during business hours. This notice has been posted on: The Utah Public Notice Website, The City of Saratoga Springs Website, and The City of Saratoga Springs administration building notice board.
