ORDINANCE SUMMARY On January 21st, 2026, the City Council of Toquerville City adopted the following ordinances: ORDINANCE 2026.01 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND RESTATING TITLE 8, CHAPTER 1 OF THE TOQUERVILLE CITY CODE TO CLARIFY THE UTILITY BILLING PROCESS. ORDINANCE 2026.02 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 9, BUILDING REGULATIONS, CHAPTER 4, FIRE CODE ADOPTED, TO ADOPT THE UTAH WILDLAND-URBAN INTERFACE BUILDING CODE. ORDINANCE 2026.03 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND RESTATING TITLE 3, CHAPTER 1, SECTION 5 OF THE TOQUERVILLE CITY CODE CLARIFYING BUSINESS LICENSE RENEWAL DEADLINES AND ENFORCEMENT. On February 18th, 2026, the City Council of Toquerville City adopted the following ordinance: ORDINANCE 2026.04 AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING TITLE 9, BUILDING REGULATIONS, CHAPTER 5, ABATEMENT OF DANGEROUS STRUCTURES. On April 1st, 2026, the City Council of Toquerville City adopted the following ordinance: ORDINANCE 2026.05 AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING TITLE 1, CHAPTER 13 OF THE TOQUERVILLE CITY CODE ENTITLED 'PROPERTY TAX REVENUE AND TRUTH IN TAXATION POLICY.' On April 15th, 2026, the City Council of Toquerville City adopted the following ordinance: ORDINANCE 2026.06 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF TOQUERVILLE CITY TO REFLECT PREVIOUSLY APPROVED REZONINGS.
