The following ordinance has been passed by the Clearfield City Council:
CLEARFIELD CITY ORDINANCE 2026-09
June 9, 2026
An ordinance of Clearfield City, Utah terminating and dissolving Redevelopment Project Area 8 within the Northgate / East side Central Business District Redevelopment Project Area Plan.
