- NOTICE OF SUMMARY STATEMENT ORDINANCE: 26-03 This notice serves as a statement that on June 16, 2026, the Washington Terrace City Council passed Ordinance 26-03, which approves a Development Agreement with an infill property located at 445 West 5100 South for four town homes.
