- The Bluff Town Council passed Resolution #107, A Resolution Approving the Purchase of Certain Real Property from the Southwest Heritage Foundation for Cemetery Purposes Contingent upon Finalization of the Subject Real Estate Contract during the Regular Town Council Meeting on June 16, 2026. The resolution was approved unanimously. A copy of the signed resolution is posted on the town's website and is attached to this notice.
