The North Logan City Planning Commission will hold a regular meeting on Thursday, June 18th, 2026 in the City Council Chambers at the North Logan City offices, 2525 North 600 East, North Logan, Utah beginning at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will be live streamed through the following link:

Consent Items:
1. CUP-2026-02 Kiddie Adventures Preschool CUP: Review and potential action regarding a conditional use permit request to expand an existing preschool/daycare from a capacity of 8 children up to 16 children within a single-family residence located at 2330 North 610 East.
Regular Business Items:
2. PUBLIC HEARING - ZTA-2026-01 ((GC-W) W 2500 N Gateway Corridor Amendments): Public Hearing and potential action regarding draft zoning text amendments intended to adjust the requirements for development within the 2500 N Gateway Commercial - West zoning classification. The amendments also add and adjust conditional use development requirements for specific land uses. Following the hearing, the Planning Commission may take action to provide a formal recommendation to the City Council regarding the proposed amendments.
3. SUB-2026-03 - Harvest Acres Subdivision: Review and action regarding a Preliminary Plat and Subdivision Improvement Plans for a proposed 11-lot single-family bonus-density subdivision in the RE-1 zone at approximately 2500 N 1400 E.
4. SUB-2026-06 - Randy and Eve Jones Subdivision: Review and action of a Preliminary Plat and Subdivision Improvement Plans for a proposed 1-lot single-family subdivision in the R-1-10 zone located at approximately 1711 N 1200 E.
5. SUB-2026-04 - Wiberg Subdivision 1st Amendment (Renamed to 'Limberpine Subdivision'): Review and recommendation regarding a plat amendment of the Wiberg Subdivision intended to expand the existing building lot, create two additional remainder parcels, and vacate public utility easements. The request also proposes to rename the subdivision to the Limberpine Subdivision.
