Approval of minutes: Travis Richards motioned to approve the minutes from April 14, 2026. Chad Tolbert seconded the motion. YES: Chad Tolbert, Travis Richards, Chad Larson, Mason Moss. NO: none

APPROVE/DENY: Short-term rental distance changes and definition -2026-4
The definition of the short-term rental distance was discussed. Chad Larson made a motion to pass the wording of the definition as written and Travis Richards seconded. YES: Chad Tolbert, Travis Richards, Chad Larson, Mason Mos. NO: none
APPROVE,DENY: RV Park 30-day contracts and extensions: 2026-5
Discussion was made of the wording of the 30-day contract and renewal of contract for RV Parks. There were some changes discussed. The word 'transportive' will be added.
Mason Moss made the motion to approve the RV Park 30-day contracts and extensions 2026-5 contingent upon updating the wording from 'normal configuration' to 'normal transportive configuration'. Chad Tolbert made the second. YES: Chad Tolbert, Travis Richards, Chad Larson, Mason Moss. NO: none
APPROVE/ DENY: Updated Fee Schedule for Business Fee Schedule
Doug handed out the updated fee schedule. The biggest one was he broke down the business licenses including the delinquent fees that double each month until June 30th or the license will be revoked. Chad Tolbert suggested that this be spelled out with an example so it would be easier to understand. There was discussion on how to classify businesses. Chad Tolbert made a motion to table this until next month. Mason Moss made a second. YES: Chad Tolbert, Travis Richards, Chad Larson, Mason Moss. NO: none
ZONING ADMINISTER REPORT: Seth Manning
This was a busy month with fencing and shed questions.
Stiff residence finally got a building permit.
He talked the guy that had been working on his house on second west and told him he was 30 days or just lock up everything.
He had a question from some people about a trailer on the property that they bought. The prior owner had a trailer park business license. They asked if they could transfer the business license and were told no. If they met the requirements, it could be used as an ADU.
