BLUFFDALE CITY YOUTH COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA Tuesday, June 16, 2026 Notice is hereby given that the Bluff dale City Youth Council will hold a coordination meeting Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at the Bluff dale City Hall, 2222 West 14400 South, Bluff dale, Utah, scheduled to begin at 5:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as possible. 1. 5:00 pm - Youth Council Leadership Meeting - 30 min 2. 5:30 pm - Welcome and Introductions- 3. 5:35 pm - Approval of previous meeting minutes 4. 5:37 pm - Leadership Survey from TLT- complete survey 5. 5:40 pm - Previous Months Event Recap - Have the leader of each event prepare a 3-5 min report, Advisors each take 1-3 min to report on their perspective. 6. 5:55 pm - Upcoming Events Events in the next 30 day Rodeo Committee Planning Meeting- June 29th 1. Advisors will attend this meeting to get the full overview of what is needed from the youth council for the rodeo. Badlands Race- July 11th 1. We need 4 volunteers 2. From 6:45am to 10:00am Events in the next 60 days Bluff dale Rodeo- July 16th to 18th- WEAR YOUR YOUTH COUNCIL TSHIRT THIS NIGHT 1. Help with mutton busters- do the same thing as last year. Try to get planned tonight if possible 2. Seat wrangles -need 4 yc members to help patrons get to their seats. 3. Help with beach balls-EVERYONE CAN HELP WITH THIS Old West Days- August 3rd to 8th -Disussion: Do you want to be in the parade? If so, what do you want to do? Same as years past or something diff erent? 1. August 5th Youth Night- the YC will be in charge of all the events this night. We want ALL YC members in attendance. 2.
