Notice of Interlocal Agreements - Brian Head Village Core Community Development Project Area Pursuant to Utah State Code Sections 11-13-219 and 17C-4-202, the Community Development and Renewal Agency for the Town of Brian Head (the 'Agency') and Iron County and Brian Head Town (together, the 'Taxing Entities') are jointly providing this notice with respect to interlocal agreements (the 'Interlocal Agreements') entered into by and between the Agency and the Taxing Entities whereby the Taxing Entities consent to the Agency receiving a portion of the incremental property tax revenues generated in the Brian Head Village Core Project Area (the 'Project Area') for a period of 10 years, ending no later than December 31, 2035. The funds provided will allow the Agency to engage in project area development activities as described in the Project Area Plan and as allowed by Utah law. Copies of the Interlocal Agreements are available for public inspection at the Town offices located at 56 North Hwy 143, Brian Head, Utah, during regular office hours of Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. For a period of 30 days after publication of this notice (the '30-Day Period'), any person may contest the Interlocal Agreements or the procedures used to adopt them if the Interlocal Agreements or the procedures fail to comply with any applicable statutory requirement. After the 30-Day Period, no person may contest the Interlocal Agreements for any cause.
