A Municipal Corporation will hold a regular meeting
on the 18th day of June 2026.
At the Council Chambers
19 South Main, Helper, Utah.
The meeting shall begin at 6:00 p.m.

1- Call to order.
2- Pledge of Allegiance.
3- Roll call.
4- Public Comment.
5- Approval of the minutes from the June 4th, 2026 meeting, and the June 8th, 2026 work meeting.
6- Discussion and possible approval of freezer for the Helper City Pool. - Public Works.
7- Discussion and possible approval of adding a rehearsal fee to the Rio Reservation Fee Schedule.
8- Public Hearing on amending the budget for Fiscal Year End 2025-2026.
9- Discussion and possible approval of Resolution 2026-09, Amending the Budget for Fiscal Year End 2025-2026.
10- Public Hearing on transferring $365,000 from the Electric Enterprise Fund to the General Fund for Fiscal Year End 2025-2026.
11- Discussion and possible approval of transferring $365,000 from the Electric Enterprise Fund to the General Fund for Fiscal Year End 2025-2026.
12- Discussion and possible approval of the 2026 approximate Certified Tax Rate.
