Reading and approval of minutes. 2. Discussion of Beautification Committee Steel Days Booth, to be set up on Saturday, July 25, 1:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. a. Each committee member will have 2 minutes to present his/her ideas concerning information that might be displayed, distributed, or discussed during booth hours b. Final decision for booth information c. Committee assignments for booth 3. Review Garden Tour preparations 4. Food assignments for Garden Tour Thank You Dinner 5. Report from city arborist, Brady McNaughton 6. Council Member Tim Holley's report 7. No meeting in July. However, Yard of the Month continues in July; post information and photos on Beautification Committee group text. 8. Next meeting, Thursday, August 20, 2026 at 4:00 pm at Lions Park (300 West 100 South)
