- Woodland Hills City Planning Commission June 17, 2026 Notice is hereby given that the Woodland Hills City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing followed by its regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, beginning at 7:00 p.m. All commissioners and the public are invited to participate in person at the Woodland Hills City Center, 690 South Woodland Hills Drive, Woodland Hills, Utah, or virtually via a Zoom link. (The meeting order may change to facilitate the public or specific needs.) Please check the Woodland Hills City Website at www.woodlandhills-ut.gov for the link to participate and/or view the meeting. Public Hearing 1. Consideration of a revised General Plan for Woodland Hills. The proposed revisions address long-range planning goals, land use policies, transportation planning, community development objectives, infrastructure considerations, and other elements intended to guide the future growth and development of the City. 2. Amending City Code 10.4.5(E) Required Drawings and Information Agenda 3. Call to Order- Chairman Wayne Frandsen 4. Invocation- By Invitation 5. Pledge- By Invitation 6. Public Comment- Comments are limited to two minutes or less. Only in-person comments will be included as part of the official record. Business and Discussion 7. Approval of April 15, 2026, Planning Commission Meeting Minutes 8. Recommendation to City Council to Adopt the General Plan 9. Recommendation to Amend City Code 10.4.5 (E)Required Drawings and Information 10. Miscellaneous- No action will be taken on matters raised under this portion of the agenda.
