NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Nibley City Council will hold a public hearing to receive comment on the following Ordinance and budget Resolution:
Resolution 26-16-Amending the Budget for the Various Funds of Nibley City for the Fiscal Year 2025-26 (Posted 6-15-26)
Ordinance 26-09-Annexation and Zoning Assignment of Parcel 03-049-0010 & 03-049-0013 Located at Approximately 3600 South 1500 West, Containing 42.81 Acres and Assigning a Zoning of R-2A (Residential) to Parcel 03-049-0010 and R-M (Mixed Residential) to Parcel 03-049-0013 (Posted 6-17-26)
When: June 25, 2026, at 6:30 p.m.
Where: Nibley City Hall, 455 W 3200 S Nibley Utah
A full report will be posted on the Nibley City website by Tuesday, June 23, 2026, as part of the City Council's agenda and packet report. Any updates to the plan will be posted on the City's website. Applicants or interested parties should submit written or emailed comments no later than 5:00 PM MDT on the Wednesday prior to the meeting to allow the Council adequate time for review and consideration. Comments should be submitted either by mail to Nibley City or email to cherylb@nibleycity.gov. If applicants or interested parties would like to comment after this time, please submit your comments during the public hearing at the meeting.
