8. Beginning at 6:10 p.m. conduct the following public hearing;
a. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a resolution opening all of the City's 2025/2026 budgets and making interdepartmental transfers and adjustments to balance the budgets.
b. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a resolution setting the salaries and benefits for city employees for 2026-2027.
c. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a code amendment setting the salaries and benefits of statutory officers and elected officials for 2026-2027.
d. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a resolution adopting the tentative 2026/2027 operating and capital budgets for the General Fund, Capital Projects Fund, Water Fund, Sewer Fund and Storm Water Fund.
e. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a resolution setting the dollar value for the 'Fee in Lieu of Water'; dedication transfer upon development and/or subdividing for 2026/2027.
9. Robyn Nelson with One Wish - Discuss options of having a Fishing Derby at Wellsville Dam for a fund raiser for their One Wish non-profit.
10. Mayor Lindley - Discuss resignation of Councilperson Denise Lindsay.
11. Mayor Lindley - Discuss for approval of the appointment of a New Wellsville City Treasurer.
12. Give public statement on the Tax Increase that is being proposed for 2026/2027 budget year. This Tax increase will exceed the certified tax rate and will be approximately a $ 4060 tax revenue increase. This will be approximately 1.12% increase. The Public Hearing being held on August 19, 2026 to discuss this reasons for the Tax increase.
13. Review for possible acceptance of Annexation petition from Jared Neilson for 23.75 acres located on the Westside of Wellsville to be annexed into the corporate limits of Wellsville City. Tax Id. # 11-078-0006,10-018-0001 and 10-018-0002
