NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT AN IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN (IFFP), IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS (IFA), AND IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE RELATED TO WATER SERVICE
Park City Municipal Corporation ('Park City'), a Utah municipal corporation, located in Summit County, Utah, intends to adopt an Impact Fee Facilities Plan (IFFP) and Impact Fee Analysis (IFA) and enact impact fees related to water service. The impacted area is Park City's Designated Water Service Area as shown in Park City Code ยง 13-1-30. A public hearing will be held in the Park City Council Chambers on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. at 445 Marsac Avenue, Park City, Utah. All interested persons are invited to participate in the public hearing in person or electronically and shall be given an opportunity to speak.
Copies of the Impact Fee Facilities Plans, Impact Fee Analysis, and the Impact Fee Ordinance are available for public review beginning June 15, 2026, at the following public locations:
