2. PUBLIC HEARING, LMC ADDITION: 9-12-21 - Greg Sant, Planning and Building Administrator. Adding Guidelines and restrictions for Sports Courts.
3. LEGISLATIVE ACTION, LMC CHANGE: 9-7-4 - Greg Sant, Planning and Building Administrator. Commission make a recommendation to Town Council regarding adding a permitted use to the General Commercial Zone.
4. LEGISLATIVE ACTION, LMC ADDITION: 9-12-21 - Greg Sant, Planning and Building Administrator. Commission make recommendation to the Town Council regarding adding a section in Chapter 12 of the LMC for guidelines and restrictions for Sports Courts.
5. DISCUSSION ITEM: Mixed-Use Zone Discussion - Greg Sant, Planning and Building Administrator. Continuation of the previous discussion on possible Mixed-Use Overlay Zone.
