- WHAT: The Salt Lake County Division of Housing and Community Development (HCD) is releasing a Request for Applications (RFA) to establish a qualified Contractor Pool to support housing rehabilitation, lead hazard reduction, Healthy Homes Supplemental, Healthy Homes Production, and related housing health and safety activities for eligible housing units located in Salt Lake County. The Contractor Pool includes the following categories: - Category 1 - Risk Assessment and Clearance Reports - Category 2 - EPA Lead Certified for Control Interventions - Category 3 - Healthy Homes WHEN: Applications will be available beginning Friday, June 12, 2026. WHERE: Applications will only be accepted through Smartsheet. Applicants seeking approval for more than one Contractor Pool category may apply for multiple categories as described in the RFA. Completed applications must be submitted via Smartsheet by 3:00 PM MST on Thursday, July 2, 2026.
