- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at St. George City Offices located at 61 S Main Street, St. George, Utah to consider the following: A public hearing will be held to receive public comment on a request to amend the Desert Color zone plan. This PD amendment would allow the construction of a new McDonalds restaurant on 1.28 acres. The site is located on the west of Desert Color Parkway just south of Southern Parkway. The applicant is Dominion Engineering and the representative is Darrin Perkes. The project will be known as McDonalds Desert Color.
