PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Highland Estates Lot 268-A Special Exception Address: 6315 N Silver Sage Dr, Highland Estates, Summit County, UT Parcel: HE-B-268-A Project Number: 26-041 Public notice is hereby given that the Summit County Council in accordance with Section 10-3-7 of the Snyderville Basin Development Code will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly take action on the Highland Estates Lot 268-A Special Exception. The applicant is requesting a Special Exception for an increase of disturbance area on a ridgeline/hilltop for a single-family residence on Parcel HE-B-268-A (1.26 acres), located at 6315 N Silver Sage Dr, Highland Estates, Summit County, UT 84098.
