Continued review and consideration of a request by Wasatch Waldorf Charter School to amend existing on-site traffic circulation plans to accommodate school expansion. Item reviewed as an administrative application according to, H.C.C. §13.46, §13.76.400 & U.C.A. §10.-20-304.

2. Zone Map Amendment - Rezone from R-1-21 to P - 4901 S Memory Lane - File #26-4-02
Review and recommendation to the Holladay City Council on a proposal by the applicant to change the Holladay Zone Map at this location from the current, Residential single-family home zone (R-1-21) to the Public zone (P) for approximately 2.34 acres of property. Item reviewed as legislative action, according to H.C.C §13.07.
3. Text Amendment - Holladay Village, Building Height Standards, §13.71.075 - File #01-4-19-14
Review and recommendation to the Holladay City Council on a proposed amendment to Title 13, of the Holladay City Code, Land Use and Development Regulations as they relate to an increase to allowable building heights the Holladay Village Zone from 35 feet to 50 feet at the corner of Holladay Blvd and Arbor Lane. A legislative action, according to H.C.C §13.07.
4. Text Amendment - Arts and Culture Land Uses within H.V. Zone, §13.100 - File #01-4-19-13
Review and recommendation to City Council on proposed amendment to Title 13, of the Holladay City Code, Land Use and Development Regulations as they relate to defining Arts and Culture land uses and allowing related uses within the Holladay Village Zone. A legislative action, according to H.C.C §13.07.
5. Text Amendment -Holladay Hills, SDMP, Table of Land Uses - File# 07-07-01-4
Review and recommendation to City Council on proposed amendments to Title 13, of the Holladay City Code, Land Use and Development Regulations as they relate to the inclusion of Personal Services as an allowable use of property within the Royal Holladay Hills redevelopment area, R-M/U Zone. A legislative action, according to H.C.C §13.07.
