NOTICE OF INTENT TO PREPARE AN IFFP
MAGNA CITY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Utah Code ยง11-36a-501, that the Magna City Council (the 'Council') intends to prepare an Impact Fee Facilities Plan. The geographical area covered by the proposed Impact Fee Facilities Plan will cover the entirety of the service area of Magna City. The Council will hold a public meeting at 6:00 pm on June 23, 2026, during which time it will discuss the possibility of approving and issuing a request for proposals from qualified contractors to prepare the Impact Fee Facilities Plan.
