Notice is hereby given that the Bluffdale Arts Advisory Board will hold a meeting Saturday, June 13, 2026 at Bluffdale City Building. Bluffdale, Utah, 2222 W. 14400 S.,scheduled to begin at 8:00 am, or as soon thereafter as possible.
REGULAR BUSINESS MEETING
1. Welcome and Roll Call
2. Approval of meeting minutes from May 9 meeting
3. Committee Updates (10 minutes each-Firm)
a. Financials (Katerina Melantieva)
b. Community Engagement (April Jones)
c. Theatre Arts (Julie Fox)
d. Visual Arts (Ruth Gledhill)
e. Eric Peterson
f. Youth engagement (Kerry Severn)
4.. Other business
Keeping track of numbers at each activity (post event form?)
Basement discussion
5. Children's Choir
Practices are on Tuesdays and Thursdays 10:00-11:30 in the basement. Please don't schedule any events in the basements for these times.
They would like to use the black curtains for their performance in July.
They need help with some tech (sound and possible lighting) for their performance.
6. Public Comments (3 minutes each)
