Countywide Pavement Assessment, Jed Bell The assessment was conducted in accordance with the FHWA Distress Identification Manual and is utilized to help prioritize and allocate Class C funds for pavement preservation efforts. The Roads Director will provide a progress report and overview of current findings and planned improvements. 5. Minutes A. Meeting Minutes from April 6. New Business A. Upcoming Growth Summit Discussion Review and discussion of the upcoming Growth Summit, save the date and times,and planning efforts focused on regional growth, economic development, and the proposed Energy Life cycle Campus. 7. 3rd Quarter Sales Tax A. 3rd Quarter Recommendations and Vote Review and discussion of the 3rd Quarter Transportation Tax Subcommittee's funding recommendations for the current application cycle. The Council of Governments will consider the recommendations and may take action to approve and forward a funding recommendation to the Tooele County Council. 8. COG Committee Reports/Updates 9.
