- WEST VALLEY CITY PUBLIC NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION Notice is hereby given that on June 9, 2026, The West Valley City Council adopted Ordinance 26-22: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP TO SHOW A CHANGE OF ZONE FROM A-2 (AGRICULTURAL, MINIMUM LOT SIZE 2 ACRES) TO R-1-10 (SINGLE UNIT DWELLING RESIDENTIAL, MINIMUM LOT SIZE 10,000 SQ. FT.) FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 5901 WEST PARKWAY BLVD. ON 0.29 ACRES. The complete Ordinance is on file and available for inspection in the City Recorder's office and is also available on the City's webpage, www.wvc-ut.gov.
